Electric Moon at Plant Riverside District “Mix It Up at the Moon” Mixology Classes Featuring BACARDÍ Rum

Plant Riverside District's Electric Moon Skytop Lounge offers monthly interactive mixology classes as part of the Mix It Up at the Moon series. Featuring master mixologists and brand ambassadors from around the globe, Mix It Up at the Moon showcases a rotating series of experts throughout the year. At each event, guests learn how to make two signature cocktails and signature dishes from Electric Moon's culinary team.

Iconic BACARDÍ rums will be the focus of the July Mix It Up at the Moon class, with Bacardi USA Market Managers Reuben Gibson and Will Sprewell leading guests through interactive cocktail demonstrations incorporating BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho and BACARDÍ Superior. Each batch is made from a unique selection of barrel-aged reserve rums and aged for a minimum of eight years, giving it a refined flavor with notes of apricot, nutmeg, and vanilla.
